Time for a Spring update with the squad & also time to lock in your availability for two Johnnie Soccer community events… The Alumni Game & also the Johnnie Juniors Soccer Camp.
Alumni Game 2026! Please register so we can get organized for both the game & social after. It will be just like last year when we had an amazing turnout & then gathered at Sal’s for some stories, burgers, & beverages. Game to be played at Saint John’s University (Haws Field if weather permits… Turf if it doesn’t. Saturday April 11th. 1PM Kickoff & Sal’s Social immediately following. ALUMNI REGISTRATION HERE.
Johnnie Juniors Soccer Camp – We are excited to announce the return of youth soccer camps to Saint John’s University! We will be running a FREE K-6 clinic as a reintroduction to the soccer community & hope to have as many Johnnie & Bennie Jrs as possible join us for the afternoon. April 12th – Noon to 2PM on the campus of Saint John’s University.

Squad Update:
We are in week 7 of the spring season & the guys are progressing well! During this phase before Spring Break, we mostly focus on playing as much as possible & taking full advantage of having a big turf dome to stretch our legs in. The lads are also working with our performance coach regularly & the group are in a different place with their fitness & strength work than this time last year. We are happy with the progress but much more work ahead if championships are to arrive in Collegeville this Fall. Our Spring wraps up with a game vs St Cloud State on April 23rd in Collegeville. You’re welcome to come watch!
Incoming class:
Recruiting for the 2026 season is complete. We have another big class coming in & one I can say will potentially make some waves in the North Region. We needed another good & deep group after graduating 7 seniors, unfortunately a few injuries which may cause redshirt years, a handful of Juniors chose to focus on other parts of their college experience, & some minor normal squad melt. The incoming group is as strong as any I’ve recruited and includes; 2 transfers (D1 midfielder & D3 Final-Four Goalkeeper), 3 MLS Next Academy players, 11 Elite Club National League (ECNL) guys, & as always, a few hidden gems that we think will develop into great Johnnie Soccer players. We needed reinforcements in every spot & that’s what we got.
